Solstor operates an approved establishment in Kent, supported by an on-site Official Veterinarian. This enables us to facilitate both groupage and full-load exports. A key advantage we offer is the flexibility of having Export Health Certificates (EHCs) issued off-site from manufacturers, providing our clients with a more streamlined and adaptable export solution. All products must meet stringent safety, origin, and disease-control standards, and must be processed in approved facilities, handled hygienically, and fully traceable throughout the supply chain. Proper packaging, accurate labelling, and strict temperature control are maintained at all times to ensure product integrity.

Prior to shipment, Solstor can support with all necessary customs documentation. We require core documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and declarations, and we can either work with client-provided Export Health Certificates or arrange them on your behalf.

In preparation for Brexit, Solstor spent over a year working closely with UK and European authorities to ensure our processes were fully compliant and approved. Today, we continue to support businesses with both export and import operations.
