Health and Safety has never been
an easy subject for any enterprise. In response to the constantly changing
environment and embracing the latest technology Solstor has recently partnered
with Health and Safety specialists, Citation, to provide an innovative online
portal and support.
“The Atlas portal enables us to
upload training material, H&S updates and Compliance Certificates to name but a few and
distribute them to our employees. A large percentage of our workforce are remote workers and giving them access to
Atlas enables them to view and download H&S material wherever they are.
This has been crucial in the current climate when distributing COVID 19 updates
to the business is essential. I believe
the introduction of Atlas to the business has changed peoples opinion of
H&S and made it more accessible which in the aim of keeping people safe has
to be positive” - H&S Manager, Jevon Moulton.
Atlas enables Solstor to store
industry specific certificates such as our recent BRC audit, where the business was again awarded an AA grade, or
critical H&S documentation in one location.
From the portal documents can
have a review or expiry date added and be distributed to work groups or
specific employees. What is more, documents can be downloaded, confirmed as
read and signed by employees within minutes.
This modern interactive platform
has greatly contributed to increasing safety awareness across the whole team
with flexible and proactive information sharing.
